STRONG by Zumba Is not a dance class. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Tone & Stretch: Gentle full body workout that strengthens all major muscle groups
and ends with flexibility work.
Yoga: Rather than aiming for perfect form and postures, knowing every body has different bone structure, muscle strength and flexibility, we encourage students to focus on correct alignment, listen to the body's inner wisdom, quiet the inner critic, so that each person can recognize and accept personal strengths and limitation to practice yoga safely. We invite each participant to be fully present in their body, to clear the mind by bringing attention to his/her breathing and internal sensations.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
ZUMBA: This medium to high intensity class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
