CORONAVIRUS UPDATE AS OF SUNDAY MARCH 15
At this time we have decided that it is in the best interests of our members and our community that we close our doors to help slow the spread of coronavirus. We will be closing Monday March 16th at 5pm and will reopen Wednesday April 1st. (This may be subject to change).
WHAT ABOUT EXERCISE?
* Outdoor workouts: They call it the great outdoors for a reason. A walk in the sunshine does wonders and a workout can be even better. We will also be putting together hikes, bike rides, and more, to keep everyone moving.
* Virtual group: Request to join our new Facebook group set up for current members: The Manchester Gym—Virtual Workout. On this page we will be streaming some of your favorite classes, creating new ones, and providing workouts you can do in your home or outside.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
* Stay hydrated
* Eat well. Check our Facebook page in the coming days for ideas on how to do this. Still not sure? Reach out to us—we are more than happy to help.
* Prioritize good, restful sleep.

It is an extremely tough decision to close. Tough as it is, though, we would be happier to say in the future that we overreacted rather than under-reacted, if that helps keep people safe. We are controlling what we can, and we urge you to use the tips above to do the same.
