Dana has been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years, with an impressive list of group fitness certifications including Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Attack, Sh'Bam, Body Jam, as well as Zumba, Yoga Fit, and so many more.
Dana is also a certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
The Creator of The Hormone Optimization Method, a 90 Day program that teaches women over 40 how to lose weight the right way without hours of cardio or giving up the foods they love.
With a background in accounting, Dana now makes her living doing what she loves, running a gym and helping people achieve their goals every day.
