Dana Dussault

Dana has been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years, with an impressive list of group fitness certifications including Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Attack, Sh'Bam, Body Jam, as well as Zumba, Yoga Fit, and so many more.

 

Dana is also a certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

The Creator of The Hormone Optimization Method, a 90 Day program that teaches women over 40 how to lose weight the right way without hours of cardio or giving up the foods they love.

​

With a background in accounting, Dana now makes her living doing what she loves, running a gym and helping people achieve their goals every day.

Ryley Senecal

Ryley has been active in the world of fitness in various forms throughout his life, from youth sports, skateboarding, fishing, hiking and weightlifting.  Ryley is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in physique and muscular development training, as well as working with those new to fitness.

Ryley brings a burst of energy and expertise to every workout.  Ryley's mission is to demystify the world of exercise, making it a thrilling adventure that is both enjoyable and empowering.  Get ready to crush your goals !

Olga Arnold

Health and wellness have been Olga’s lifelong passion and career.  As an instructor of over 30 years, a personal trainer, and a board-certified functional nutritionist, Olga’s education, skills, and love for helping others in their wellness journey have only deepened over time.

 

Her passion for promoting holistic well-being is evident in every aspect of her work, whether she's leading a group fitness class, designing personalized training programs, leading group trainings,  or guiding one through detoxification and personalized nutrition plans. Olga is committed to helping her clients thrive in every aspect of their lives.
