Many of our members have already discovered the benefits of working with a personal trainer. From designing a customized workout plan to providing ongoing motivation and support, personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals.
Lia has found her passion in life through the gym. Being an athlete growing up, fitness has always been a part of who she is. After discovering how important nutrition is to achieving results, Lia went on to earn her Nutrition Educator Certification from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in California. Taking her knowledge of nutrition and training to the next level, Lia set a goal to compete in a figure competition. Nine years and 14 shows later, she continues to compete at the National Level, striving to earn her pro card.
Lia is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise as well as a Certified Level 2 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. From Lia’s personal experience transforming and shaping her body, learning some things the hard way, going through ups and downs and personal struggles, she can help others to adopt a healthy lifestyle, set goals, and get where they want to be. Customized to your needs, experience how training, nutrition, and the right state of mind can improve your life.
Dan has dedicated the past 15 years of his life to expanding his knowledge and understanding of weight training, bodybuilding, nutrition, and more recently powerlifting. Beginning as a high school athlete seeking to improve his personal performance, he continued through college, making significant improvements to his physique. Dan has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from St. Michael's College, as well as his Personal Training Certification.
Dan’s depth of understanding and first-hand experience provide an ideal platform to assist his clients in meeting a wide range of fitness goals from weight loss and improved health to improved performance and competitive body building.
With his background, Dan can work with clients to develop nutrition and training plans to more quickly attain their desired results. Weight loss, improved body composition, better performance, and a higher quality of life are achievable with Dan’s sound guidance and personal attention.
Dana has been active in the fitness industry for over 15 years, with an impressive list of group fitness certifications including Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Attack, Sh'Bam, Body Jam, as well as Zumba, Yoga Fit, and more.
Dana is also a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
With a background in accounting, Dana now makes her living doing what she loves, running a gym and helping people achieve their goals every day.
Allie has been an athlete all her life, playing soccer, basketball, softball, lacrosse, badminton, cross-country, and indoor/outdoor Track & Field. She also enjoys weight training, hiking, biking, camping, yoga, and swimming. Eager to share her enthusiasm for activity with others, Allie graduated from Keene State College school of Human Performance and Movement with a Bachelor in Exercise Science.
Clint's passion for sports and fitness began when he was a young boy. He began playing football starting in the 4th grade and it progressed into his college years. As a child, he was quiet and shy; yet where he became most comfortable was participating in all types of sports. Simply, the field of athleticism continually grew his confidence both on and off the field.
As an adult, his passion for teaching/coaching and understanding one’s physical anatomy became his primary interest. While attending college, he joined a local gym and it was at this point that his interest in personal training arose and inspired him to become a NASM certified professional.
Now over two decades later, his craft as a fitness coach has allowed him to make a difference in his clients lives. He specializes in general health, nutrition and fitness, sports training, youth training and cross training.
